Welcome to DuoCam. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (End User License Agreement - EULA).

1. Use of the App

DuoCam grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the App. The application allows users to record video using multiple device cameras concurrently.

Prohibited Conduct

• Using the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Modifying, reverse engineering, or hacking the App architecture.
• Recording individuals without their explicit consent in environments where privacy is reasonably expected.

2. In-App Purchases & Billing

DuoCam is free to use but offers a PRO Lifetime purchase for advanced features. If you choose to unlock PRO features, a one-time payment will be charged to your Apple ID account.

• The PRO unlock is a non-consumable, one-time purchase that does not expire.
• You can restore your purchase on any device using the same Apple ID.

3. Intellectual Property

All content generated by you using DuoCam belongs wholly to you. However, the app's software, design, logos, user interface, and source code are the intellectual property of Mayone Co., Ltd.

4. Limitation of Liability

DuoCam is provided on an "as-is" basis safely. We do not warrant that the application will run uninterrupted across all devices, particularly those that do not meet Apple's minimum hardware requirements for concurrent multi-camera execution.
